The 82 Series is milled from solid brass stock. The design allows an oversize shackle to be used, which increases security. These are excellent locks to use for roll-up gates and are highly secure. A hardened alloy steel pin protects the short side of the lock from sawing, and the shackle is dead-bolted and core hardened special alloy steel. A precision pin tumbler cylinder provides added security.
A solid lock body made from brass, the Monobloc 82 features a hardened special steel shackle and rust-free inner components, making it ideal for special applications as well as gates, doors, containers, and lorries. This padlock automatically locks without a key by pushing down the shackle, and a hardened steel pin protects the narrow side of the lock body against sawing. It includes two keys.
